I’ve been visiting Everyday Health care for a few years now. I have always found the staff to be friendly and Dr. Wilson is very patient and listens to you concern. What I find extremely frustrating is the wait time even with an appointment. Every time I go in I have at least a 30 minute wait in the lobby and even longer wait for Dr Wilson to come into the exam room. I would understand if they were very busy however that has not been the case. I don’t plan on going anywhere else because I do like staff and the Dr. but I dread going in because I know how long of a wait it’s going to be.

Went in for a TB test (required for working in FUSD) and they got me in and out so quickly! They only accepted walk ins for TB tests and I only waited for 5 min in the lobby. I was in and out in 10 minutes!! I came back for my results 48 hrs later and met with the Dr within 5 minutes of arriving. The test was $40, which isn’t the cheapest (Most range from $35-45) but was still very reasonable! The front desk ladies weren’t extraordinarily nice, however they were respectful and helpful. They answered all my questions and like I said got me in and out super fast!!

Earlier this year I was very sick an had to visit the office twice, and each time the Dr and staff were very professional and caring. I wish he was my primary Doctor, I've sent family and we're so impressed & better.nDon't waste your time searching this is the best Urgent Care in Fresno.

I came here to get a Covid test. They have the 15 minute test here, so you get your results the same day. Get there early (they open at 9:00). The line goes down Shields. Pull off on the side and stay in your car. When they open, someone will direct your car to a designated stall. Someone will come out to your car to have you complete paperwork and take your insurance information, if you have it. Eventually they come to your car with the nasal swab and give you your results within half an hour. All of this takes some time because they have to put on PPE and make sure everything is clean. All together, this took about 3 1/2 hours. The staff worked as efficiently as they could and were friendly.

I ended up here one day when my regular Urgent Care taped a sign on the door saying the Dr. was out for several hours. I'm glad I tried it because the service is quicker, a lot more attentive, and a great deal friendlier. Everyone in the office is so nice! I only go here now for Urgent Care and I'm considering switching my primary care here as well.
