Jimmy and Ferdinand were amazing! I’ve had Verizon since 2005. Spent a good amount of time with the employees over the years. Always dreaded going in for a help on the west side where I live. My experience here was by far the best. They were knowledgeable, respectful. Not only to me but everyone who walked in the door. They had an answer to every question. I’m very satisfied with my help at this location.
The customer service was excellent we walked in to get a four-line family plan two of us had phones on another carrier and the other two of us had two different carriers the customer service representative Ferdinand was really excellent at his job and it was a pleasure.
