I have always been given fantastic customer service at any of their branches in Okanogan County Wa. This is the only bank I have used or needed in the last 20 years. I would without a doubt recommend them to family and friends.nI am pleased to have such a customer-oriented business handling my banking needs.

Most importantly, they don't hold your deposits a day like our prev bank, which constantly caused our account to be overdrawn when we did our payday shopping, (incorrectly thinking we had money in our account because we had made a deposit...)nHere, when we make our deposit (by physically going inside to deposit) it's in the account when we walk out). That's the way it should be.nnLastly, our checking really is free.
