Everytime i come to this location they take forever. The staff is slow. Its like they're moving slow so the time can pass so they can close. All they do is make they're patients wait and wait
I was super nervous to get checked, but the whole experience was painless, wait time felt like forever but only because I was nervous, the staff was chill. I had insurance so I paid nothing. Thankful the staff made such a scary check up so normal.
-Manual Suction Aspiration at 5 weeks and 5 days-nReceptionists/nurses MARIA and the other girl (with pretty lips) were REALLY nice and patient. i did my paperwork with MARIA then was asked for a urine sample. after a second of wait i was called back from the waiting room to do an ultrasound with BETH and her assistance DANNY Both were REALLY nice and professional. After the ultrasound i waited for few seconds again and was called back from the waiting room to speak to nurses (ELDA and BRITTNEY) about my medical history, my current relationship with my boyfriend, methods to prevent pregnancy in future, and what kind of medication i'd prefer to take for the procedure and they also took a little bit of my blood. i chose fentanyl as it keeps you relaxed and even helps anxiety. They too were patient, nice, and professional. i asked them a lot of questions as this was my first pregnancy and abortion and they were super understanding. BRITTNEY has a great sense of humor btw. Then i had a long wait probably for hour or so. Then i was taken to KATE to get ivy. She gave me 2 ibuprofen pills and an antibiotic pill. Then she put the ivy in and few minutes later a nurse named RACHEL (also very kind and professional) walked me to the room for procedure. There i met my support person AMRISSA. She is an amazing person who was there for me thought the procedure. She had me get ready for the procedure and my two doctors walked in. wish i could remember their names. They were REALLY nice and just made sure that i was positive about my decision. They gave me fentanyl which made me feel little loopy and kind of dizzy but i was laying down. I felt my forehead get warmer and AMRISSA put like a cold pad on it to make me feel better. Then they started to dilate me with the speculum. I felt two pinches in my cervix when they gave me the shots to numb me and few seconds after they had started. During the procedure i felt mild cramping but kept my self distracted by talking to AMRISSA. I was done in about 5-7 minutes the most had a light bleeding which i needed to show to AMRISSA and she said i was fine and that it was just spotting. My doctors were worried that they wouldn't be able to see my pregnancy even after successfully removing it because the pregnancy was too small and i would have to go back. But nope. They checked the removed pregnancy and everything was there that they needed to see. I was happy that i was done and was told that my pregnancy was the size of a pea, didn't feel so guilty anymore. Then i was given time to change back into my pants and was walked to a recovery room. I sat in a recliner listening to a CD about after abortion care which was only 2-3 minutes long. Then the girl (with nice lips) explained the do's and don'ts to me. I was having mild cramping so i had to sit in my recliner for a few minutes. Then they asked me to walk around (with the girl with pretty lips) a little bit so it'd help the pain and it did. few minutes after KATE removed my ivy and i was good to go. i felt mild cramping for about 30 minutes and i was told to massage the area where i felt pain which really helped. After that i was back to normal and had a light lunch few minutes after. Then 6 hours after taking my last ibuprofen i took another one which is OTC not prescription. I'm glad that i didn't do the pill abortion as it has more side effects and believe me in clinic abortion isn't scary at all. Overall.. HIGHLY SATISFIED with the staff and service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
