When I live in Martinez, I came to this location.

This review is for Kaiser Martinez Pharmacy. Although I have always received a superior care in this pharmacy location, today I would like to mention the pharmacist Joel Witty that went above and beyond. Honestly, I was surprised how much effort he and his colleagues have put in to assist me today. Thank you so much! You inspired me to reflect on myself and I hope I can become as accommodating and caring at my place of work!

Good service. We pay a lot in premiums every month so it really should be.

Did the COVID swab test, with appointment, 3 days ago - ONLY one nurse doing the nose swab, so there was lots of time lost ( my previous test somewhere else there were 4 nurses!). Took 3 days to schedule the test and now anoter 3 days passed and still waiting for result ( my coworker got appointment in 24 hours and the result in anoter 24 - somewhere else!). All this time I had to call in sick and waste lots of days because their sweet delay. I don't even know what's wrong with me - maybe no COVID and maybe some major organ failure, who knows? By the time I'll get the.result I'll be dead or I'll be already clear of virus and not care any more. And this is no free - I guess I pay for my family abour 20000 per year ifor insurance premium!

We waited weeks for an appointment at the Memory Clinic, eager to get the best possible care for our loved one. And so the patronizing, impersonal, and judgmental treatment we received was heartbreaking. Isn't it best practices to pay attention to the patient? Call them by name? Provide positive feedback? Be supportive of an exhausted caregiver? Instead the patient was ignored, we were repeatedly told to attend groups that, we'd explained, we were already attending, and the one antidepressant medication that seemed to be, finally, providing some respite was deemed too dangerous, although it wasn't clear why. Oh, but we did get recommendations for a few vitamin supplements. Seek compassionate, pragmatic care elsewhere.
