Took my husband here for his care he left the hospital. We had a great experience with a new Doctor names Laurel! I highly recommend her!

They are only concerned with getting that office visit. Will only allow you to address one health concern per appointment about follow up will require another appointment. The doctors seem to have poor temperament. This office used to have great doctors and Physicians assistants. My previous primary was let go because she spent too much time with her patients. This is why they are one of the only offices accepting new patients.

The staff is wonderful. Laurel Merz is an angel.nI was in a car accident in August and met Merz at Immediate Care (where she works part time) right after. Merz has gone above and beyond to research treatment plans and medical resources for me.nShe is now my primary care physician and I can't say enough wonderful things about her and the rest of the staff at Premiere Primary Care.nnThank you!

Premier primary care used to be a great place to get primary care . Unfortunately the owner Brad Smith sent a letter that my primary care physician for to my 83 y.o. mother is no longer there. She was removed from the practice for spending to much time with her patients. Primary care does not just mean a sore throat it takes more time to provide good primary care. Obviously it’s the corporate way to make more money , see more patients. Making more money is great but is not great patient care.Shame on you Brad Smith! My husband and I were not notified either. Along with the many other patients.nWe paid our co payment they billed us again, submitted proof of co payment and they still billed us again. We called, no return call, no resolution. This is fraud!nWhen calling the office to set up with other provider you get put on hold to never be answered.if you are lucky enough to get a recording, the staff will not return your call. After the lack of coperation from this facility we will never go there again.
