I recommend any athlete to come to East Bay Spine and Disc Institute. I was an acrobat for over 30 years with the Moscow circus. I have a lot of disc issues that developed from stacking up to 3 people on my shoulders. In the past, I would never let anyone touch my back, but coming to get Chiropractic and Spinal Decompression, I've never felt better. I love the fact that many Doctors work here and specialize in many different things. Their teamwork is always great. Special thank you for the front desk support. Their always take care of me if I need to reschedule.

My many thanks to the doctors and support staff at the East Bay Spine and Disc Institute! I am now eight months into my spinal decompression treatments and have regained so much of my life. I am no longer in pain and have regained sensation in my foot. Everyday things become easier every day and that’s a great thing to be able to say since I have four herniated lumbar discs!nnThe doctors and staff at the facility are friendly and knowledgeable and I am confident in their abilities.nnThe facility is clean and well maintained.nnThis is the place to come to if you need help with your discs!

I was in lots of pan daily and never was able to “stretch” it out. I knew it had to be more I could do to have a good pain free life. I went to AHC and meet with Dr. George and was so happy he had options for me. We discussed my spine and what plan would help. We chose decompression am I started the next day. My program is, adjust and decompression and laser, three times a week. I can not believe how much better I feel. I can hold my arm up with out pain for a long time now. I can squat and ,y exercise is not painful and I’ve Improved my quality of life. I sleep better because I don’t have back pain and my shoulders and arms aren’t going numb. I have my daughters going to and they feel much better and we hope to correct forward neck, which so many people have due to too much phones use! This place is so great. My family will continue to go. East Bay spine is the best.

Good day. I am an early patient of Livermore Disc Center and proud to live better life because of it. What you read following is my honest interpretation of time spent.nnMy first session was an eye opener. Simply put, I was not used to being decompressed and had no means to prepare for it. So make no mistake, this is not some soft touch body massage I’m writing about. This is a machine operated by trained professionals that is designed to help us overcome injury and depletion of time. As such, there is a chance you might be sore after your first several sessions. I know I certainly was. But I was also smiling at newfound freedom of movement and knew I would be back. I needed it.nnAs I progressed forward each session compounded upon the previous. Step by step my comfort level began to rise. I then began to explore program options as these machines are adjustable in a variety of ways. The one trick I came to appreciate was the importance of following protocol as instructed. Stretch lightly, take a short walk soon after, and if you feel you might benefit by use of an icepack then use an icepack. Nothing to be scared of, no need to panic. They even provide a stop button to freeze the program instantly should you feel the need.nnNow, please don’t hate me for this, but I don’t actually want you to join. Nope. I want these machines all to myself. Mine. But the truth is I think too highly of staff and have gained so much it is only fair to share my positive experience. This is a happy place. The staff is friendly and I particularly enjoy the open door policy. These are good people and they mean to help.nnBest of luck in your recovery.

I can’t sing enough praise about this beautiful practice. Dr. Khoury and his staff are miracle workers in the greatest sense of the term!nnBefore I started seeing Dr. Khoury, my leg and hip were in such pain that life was a nightmare. I couldn’t walk without a cane. The top of my leg bone was outside of my hip socket, causing so much friction - bone against bone. My family would sometimes hear me crying in the night because I could hardly sleep due to the excruciating pain in my leg. Traditional doctors told me I needed a hip replacement but, even though I would’ve done anything to get rid of the pain, I wanted to see if there was another alternative to operation.nnI found Dr. Khoury and began decompression treatment on May 11. Within three visits, my pain decreased dramatically and my range of motion in my hip increased. I was capable of walking almost normally and without a cane. Those facts alone have been satisfying enough but I’m not even done with the treatment yet. X-rays now show that my leg has improved considerably and I may not need the hip replacement at all. On top of that, the decompression therapy itself is not only painless, but it feels good.nnWhile my activity has had to decrease for the sake of maximizing the effectiveness of the treatment, it’s so worth it. I’m grateful for Dr. Khoury and his staff's expertise, especially Dr. Sedjhi, who has been helping me through most of the treatment. Dr. Sedjhi is a magician! I can’t believe how much better I feel, physically and emotionally. For anyone considering getting a hip replacement, I recommend this alternative wholeheartedly. It’s a life-changer!
