The experience was great! The facility is clean, and the animals look healthy and happy. I bought a hamster, and they provided me with a wonderful cage with it. Their workers were also very professional and friendly. For that reason, I'd make sure to recommend this Pet shop to everyone I know!
I brought Cielo yesterday to have him groomed. His hair was long and matted already. He was well-behaved all the time while in this shop for his hair treatment. Their staff was very dog-friendly as my dog was just lying there having his hair done. The result was outstanding! My Ceilo looked handsome and well-groomed with his look! Thanks, guys! I also bought Cielo a dog treat here, because he was so well-behaved the whole time.
Busy but loads of stuff
You won’t find a better pet store in the bay. Lots to choose from, and a very helpful woman in the fish department. Petco can be great too, but for fish needs every where else is no where near as good as this place. Believe me, we went to them all looking for a small tank for my 6 year old.
I DO like this Pet Club. It's chock full of stuff and the prices can be very good. Competitive with Amazon. My dog only eats fish as a protein so I want to see what I'm buying. The lighting is horrible in this store however.
