They have a great shoe selection if your foot is smaller than a men's size 13 or a women's size 11, which is to say they are a store dedicated to shoes and yet do not offer shoes to people who could not find them elsewhere. The store is clean, easy to find, and employees seemed eager to assist.
I would have left ZERO stars...As a patron spending money, (which I DID NOT SPEND A DIME! due to the restroom that I could not use—Apparently, employees can’t clean for covid-related reasons).I was told, “You can go to Kohl’s.” So I say, “Kohl’s has a restroom that can be used, and your store cannot?” The response, “well, they have a ‘janitorial’ service.” Needless to say, I left and used Kohls’ restroom. I will never shop shoe carnival EVER!
With 4 workers standing at the check out, you would think that at least ONE, if not ALL should be trained on Covid cleaning like everyone else. Come on folks, let’s start getting some common sense. Shoe Carnival, a suggestion for you is either hire a janitor or teach ALL of your already existing paid employees to sanitize a restroom for paying customers.
This place took about 30 min to check 2 people out. The store manager could see the wait, but was way to busy playing on his head set!!!
Shoe Carnival was having a usual buy one get one half off sale. My son was down from BYU for the weekend and needed shoes. He liked the selection and got a couple pairs. The staff is very helpful.
Back to school was crazy but as always good selection and great prices
