Pro: staff was nice & responsive. Allowed to order outside food for delivery (although person may have a hard time finding it or too skittish to enter the facility/parking lot), small parking lot.nnCon: run down facility, not a safe neighborhood; patients unable to store any food needing refrigeration, unable to use extension cords or powersurger strips (so difficult to use/charge cell phones,tablets, or laptops), no extra plates or utensils (have to have your own but can't wash them), not guaranteed your socks/ clothing will come back from laundering, not very organized in keeping the patient's schedule for showers or changing diapers/assisted use of bathroom.
