Talk about great service! These guys/gals are amazing! I came in with some very custom parts orders that I just couldn't find the exact ones online of. I snapped pictures of the stickers inside my dryer and fridge and told the girls at the desk the part I wanted and they looked em up in a snap and had them on the way. They all came in next day and they called as soon as they got in and let me know. If you want to do a diy fix on home appliances but Amazon just doesn't carry your part (probably since ours are over 10 years old) call or go in and they have a nice store very central in older Washington so easy to find and park. They'll help out!
They had my dryer timer in one day, very friendly and helpful. If you need appliance parts this is the place.
I am forever grateful for this great parts store!! I spent 2 days online looking for the micro switch I needed to repair my not-yet-2-years-old microwave. I was being quoted $250 to have a serviceman come make the repair. The parts I found online weren't exactly what I needed. I called around town, found a place that would order it and have it in 3 days...and charge me $55 for the part. And then I called Appliance Parts Today. They had the part I needed, and it was under $10. It took me 20 minutes to drive there and back, and 15 minutes to have the repair all complete. My husband walked in the door just in time to switch the breaker switch. He was beyond thrilled that I had fixed the microwave, and for cheap, and that he didn't have to worry about it!!! Hooray!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
