Horrible service. Can not answer a simple question If my child’s insurance would be covered. Offered an appointment then the lady got upset we were referred to them and wouldn’t listen. I advised if they take the insurance we would transfer care 3 times and the receptionist kept telling me I better not be coming for just a one time visit. Had to repeat all info over 5 times slowly and clearly and she was incompetent. Was also told to show up 15-30 mins early for paperwork and the clinic was closed during that time. Also didn’t get into the appointment tell 15 mins after said time and only one other child was here for an appointment . The reception alone would be a reason I never take my child here again. I’d rather drive the hour plus for my daughters care. Especially cause I have experience working in health care services
