I am a huge fan of the reptile room I have gotten a bearded dragon there. I have bought supplies there . every single time I am there they make sure they greet and provide excellent service. All the other animals that are there living in the cages and tanks all seem healthy all seem Lively.

I went in to just look around for my daughters birthday and this younger gentleman I think name was Logan was very knowledgeable of everything in there. My daughter fell for a baby tortoise and the clerk set me up with a whole package that didn’t break the bank. I went from knowing nothing about tortoises to being confident with a baby one. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them no matter how stupid it may have sounded. Now my daughter has a lifelong friend better than any toy.

Ever since there was a downsize in animals they were keeping a couple years ago this place has dramatically improved!!! Most of the animals are healthy and kept in decent conditions (though some of the caging is too small) and they offer great deals on terrariums and (I think) wood cages. The insect feeders are in great shape!nnBUT a lot of the designer morphs and most of the animals are overpriced, particularly the Bearded Dragons and larger snakes. Also....I personally would not buy a frozen rodent from here. It seems as though the feeders that are frozen have been killed inhumanely and simply don’t look healthy (I wouldn’t feed my snakes any of them...).nnOtherwise, this is a great spot filled with great knowledge. With a little help and fixing a few kinks I truly think this shop has the potential to take the next step to be one of the premier reptile shops in the area.
