Poor customer service. I would just go to the t-mobile that's down the street. I was waiting for quite a while with my daughter and although the manager saw me patiently waiting he ignored me and proceeded to help 2 people that came in after me. The girl that helped me did acknowledge that and apologized. However after I told her that I wanted to upgrade and that I dont have good service at my house she told me that I could shop around for different carriers instead of upgrading. Im sure she meant well but it definitely did not come off that way. They need more training on dealing with customers.

My replacement phone was shipped to this T-Mobile location (Stafford Market place by shoppers)when I went to get the phone they wasted my time and still unable to assist due to technical issue they said, I was asked to come back next couple days which I did and still the manager said they having technical difficulties and promised to call me back but never heard back from anyone for 2 weeks. Terrible service at this new location. I will advice customers to use the t-mobile by Aldi not this one here at Stafford Market place. The manager is clueless at this location

Customer service is amazing, they greeted me right as I opened the doors, had a great selection of phones and got me in and out with the phone and case I wanted! Go to Stafford Sprint if you want a great experience!!!

Spent about 20 minutes in here looking at phones to replace the ones we've had for too long. Not a single employee greeted us or many other customers or asked anyone for help. I understand that there are a limited number of employees, but being recognized for being in the store or saying that they would be right with us would have been nice. We left and will go to another Sprint store. I am continuing to have bad customer service experiences with Sprint in the past few months (both by phone and in store now) that I haven't had in years as a customer. It may be time to move on to another company
