I love Ross, I always find something and the prices are great! I go often. However, we went Christmas shopping this weekend and they were open till 12a.m. But the staff working that night were all really unprofessional and rude,like they just wanted us out of there. I was really disappointed with the customer service, especially around the holidays.
My wife and oldest daughter are SO happy that this location is open again! They've already gone AT LEAST once a week since they reopened. The store is clean, the security makes sure everyone wears a mask when they come inside, and they clean each cart as it's returned by a customer. Even though my wallet isn't very happy that they're open again, my wife and daughter are! LOL!!
