Everyone from the time I walked in was welcoming and attentive to me! I praise God for the technicians, the nurse and the doctor! The doctor even followed up with me! Had she not urged me to go to the emergency room, I might not have would have been able to write this review! Everyone was super outstanding!!! I highly recommend as I’ve always had good experiences through this urgent care facility!

I have been a patient here since they opened and I have always had a great experience. Today was no different. Check-in was quick and easy, the nurse that took my vitals was pleasant and professional. I was seen by Dr. Robert Colligan who was very professional, informative and worked with me to find the best and healthiest way to address my issue. Tom took my X-rays and was very professional and helpful.

I have been to this location many times over the last 10 years with no issues. However, on 20 Jan 2021 while checking in and providing my insurance information, There was a mean female who insulted me and called me nasty because I said I would read the entire document before signing it and I questioned the lack of there being a patient number or ‘Patient First’ location written at the top of the paper where the lines as for it. Both lines were blank and she snapped that they do not need to be written in because I was to provide my signature below which would indicate the patient. I disagreed and she called me nasty.nnBack up a minute: when I arrived I checked in on the computer and patiently waited in the lobby. A young boy was having trouble breathing and he pulled his mask down from his nose as he was clearly having breathing difficulty. Just then, an older man walked in and told the boy to pull his mask up. The boys father told the man his son was having breathing issues and the older man said ‘so what tell him to go outside’. I politely told the older man that the Executive Order signed by the governor clearly has exceptions for people with breathing difficulties and they do not need to wear a ‘face covering’. The young boy was embarrassed and he got up and went outside. I told the older man that he was rude and the young boy did not need to leave and that the older man could go outside since the check in process clearly states people can wait in their car until called. The older man told me to go outside. I just nodded and stayed silent. A minute later the young boy came back inside and sat down with his father. I was then called to check in so I left the lobby to do so.nnWhile checking in the man checking me in was wearing a mask behind a glass shield and he was difficult to hear clearly. I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times and he was otherwise very polite. While I was reading the ‘patient rights’ paper and asked about the lack of patient and facility identification markings. It was essentially a blank paper requiring my signature. At that time, the mean woman suddenly appeared and and rudely stated that the markings do not need to be there. I told her I was not signing a blank paper without the patient number written at the top since I know there is an identifier. That is when the mean woman told me that I was nasty and have always been nasty. I was horrified by her insults and I asked her to go get her boss.nnThe mean woman then wrote the location identifier and patient number at the top of the form in ink and shoved it across the desk so violently that it knocked my receipt and insurance card into the floor. I read the form, signed it since it now had the proper markings.nnNOTE: There are many complaints online about this facility overcharging for services not rendered, this is most likely due to the lack of a patient number being written at the top of this form when the patient signs it to confirm it since the signature/guardian line is on the opposite side.nnThe rest of my visit was pleasant and professional, the PA, nurse and doctors are very good and professional here.nnHowever, the one star review remains until executive office addresses the extremely rude staff member who insults patients who are there to seek medical care.

It’s a blessing my sister isn’t dead cause 3 hours after coming in with a head injury and they haven’t checked on her once or done anything but vitals! The staff here doesn’t care. Period. Save time and go to the ER.
