You can get these supplies at a lot of places. It's people that matter. The employees are rude and dismissive. Instead of helping someone solve a problem, they prefer to make you feel stupid for thinking they would offer a specific service. Until Staples trains their young employees how to help and feel empathy, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The employees at this Valley View Staples are very friendly but I’m shocked they don’t know about the products they sell! I asked 2 employees very simple questions about their shipping boxes and they could not answer. One of the employees said it’s embarrassing for them to not know the answers, apologized and then blamed the lack of answers on their manager! They said the manager doesn’t properly train them! Wasted 5 minutes of my time complaining about their manager instead of trying to find answers!

While the prices are competitive and their online service is good, the in-store pickup leaves something to be desired.nOrganization is sloppy and the store is a mess. It would have been better to pay the $6 shipping charge than to do free pickup. The e-mail said it was ready. It was not. Associates attempted to be helpful, but haphazard stacks of papers and products made their jobs difficult to execute. It was a frustrating experience.

Had an issue with a tablet that I bought from them, and The Tech Guy David fixed it in no time, and went above and beyond. He told me he was not going to let me walk out of that store unless I was happy. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. I will always bring my business to this establishment. Someone needs to give David a raise because he's going above and beyond his duties. Great job dude.
