I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this brand. I purchased an item, I was ASSURED it would be here by December 22. Come CHRISTMAS EVE I called the brand to see what had happened and the store informed me my item had been canceled despite receiving TWO confirmation emails assuring me it would be here in time. The customer service agent was extremely rude and I was put on hold for AN HOUR. This brand is disappointing and frankly a scam.
My husband purchased a pair of Timberland boots last fall and through away the box . He got them out months later to wear ( after his old boots were worn out ) and he had gotten home with 2 right boots ! They are supposed to check your shoes ( sizes & to make sure that you have left & right shoes in the box ) before you leave the store ! We tried to exchange them but we had no receipt or box , so we left the store without any shoes or our money ! Thank you DSWfor the poor customer service ! We will not bother you again .

Ordered a pair of women's suede low heel boots.nThey shipped fast and I love the boots. They look and fit great. This was my first purchase but won't be the last.
Came here on two different occasions within a week. Didn’t experience the “great staff” or “amazing customer service” everyone else has expressed with their experience at this store. Never coming here again.
