Just ordered some food to go and the service was definitely quick. Unfortunately, my medium well burger was completely raw in the center and turned my stomach. It was a good size, with a good portion of lettuce and tomato, but I couldn't eat it. The fries are tasty but very coated in salt.nnMy husband threw my patty on the girl and cooked it through, and it did taste better. So, maybe if it was properly cooked it be good from the start, but my stomach was so upset I couldn't finish it.nnI think there might have been some promise in the burger if it was cooked properly, so I would be willing to try again, but not for carry out.

Bad service and no communication! Went here with a group of friends and we're waiting overall 2 hours. Got seated right away but didn't even get waited on until about 30 minutes after. Stayed waiting for another hour and a half and eventually had to talk to the servers to see what was taking so long. All we were told is that there's two people cooking and that they had ran out of one of the foods we ordered. We weren't told that they had ran out otherwise it would have been more of understanding situation. But no, we had to ask instead of being told that our food was going to take so long because of whatever reason. We we did get the food it was cold. Literally left the place with two of my friends not getting what they ordered. Severely disappointed. Would give 0 if I could.

They really need to straighten out their food.nI ordered the jay burger and it was awful.It had a very unpleasant charred taste.The fries would have been good if they weren't cook in very old oil.You have to periodically drain fryer and replace oil.I ate there about 8-10 months ago and it was much better.

Food was great, wide variety of music and great atmosphere. Cocktails and mixed drink are small but it was happy hour so it was only 6 bucks.

Celebrated a friend's birthday there. Had a good time. Drinks were good, and atmosphere was good
