Service was beyond great. Brevan and Rachel made me feel at home. I am from Alabama and was thrilled to find customer service as welcoming as I received at this location. I had many questions as I purchased a new phone for my teenager and they didn’t miss a beat. So glad I bypassed about 3 other Verizon locations to land at this down home store.
Rachel is the absolute best! I have gotten so frustrated with my current carrier so I brought in my bill from Sprint/T-Mobile and explained to her that it has not stopped going up for the past few months even though nothing has changed and she was able to get me newer phones and a cheaper bill! She is so polite and courteous and takes the time to understand her customers! You really can't ask for anyone better to help you with your needs!
Seem-less transition to a whole new account, best iPhone deals, best employees and very professional and knowledgeable Management. Store is clean and organized, Rachel Harless is a fine example of corporate management.nBest retail experience in my entire life. I stop by just to say hi to everyone there.
