Food is great! Customer service on the other hand, is terrible. We placed an order from Rosa's tonight, and everything was perfect other than the fact that our apple pie was left out. We called the restaurant to inform them about it, and we purposefully got hung up on a total of three times. The fourth time we called, we asked to speak to the manager. She was very unapologetic and made it very obvious that she simply did not care. We respectfully asked to have the apple pie delivered. It has been about 45 minutes and has still not been delivered. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Rosa's again.
Ordered food a few weeks ago. So easy to order online and extremely delicious. New to the area and had a recommendation from someone local to the area. So glad I gave it a try. Just placed a new order online tonight and realized I forgot to type in special instructions for my delivery. So I gave a quick call to update. The young man that answered the phone was FANTASTIC! Best customer service I’ve had in years. Incredible manners, clear, repeated it back to me, and very quick. So impressed! Give that guy a bonus! They’ve got themselves a new loyal customer!
