Technician unable to repair the pull-string on one of my hearing aids since he did not have the proper tools in the clinic office. He said that he could take it with him and have it repaired at his main office out of town. But he said that it would be two weeks before he could bring it back. Since I did not want to go two weeks without a hearing aid, I requested a temporary substitute. He said he did not have the substitute in the clinic office. So I was disappointed and said goodbye.
