Poor costumer service. We came into the store hoping to fix a small issue with my phone and ended up waiting in the store in for almost 3 hours for them to figure out the issue. We were told that my phone was not worth fixing as the price to repair it was outrageously high, so I decided to purchase a new phone. The staff member that we purchased the phone from was incredibly unprofessional and impolite. She was unhelpful when we asked the simple question of the available color choices for the phone I wanted. She became frustrated and raised her voice at us when I was unable to recall the password to my email when setting up my new phone. If you ever decide to come to this store, I would recommend speaking with Viktor, who is very kind compared to some of his other coworkers.

Went in to buy a new phone. Lady took my ID said she had most everything in store. She never got up from the desk to explain phones or what the differences were. When I asked questions she answered but never tried to help.

When I went to tge store, they are friendly enough, but hovered like crazy.nnThey talked me into getting a new Samsung Galaxy Watch, saying that they don't have it in store, but they said they would order it that day and that it would be arrive in a few days.nnThat was on 2/6/2021.nIt is now 2/28/2021, 22 days later.nnI went back in last weekend, 2/20, and the store manager said it would be in by this weekend, 2/28.nn+ 2 stars because they were friendly.n-3 stars because of the massive delay and lack of knowledge when activating my phone.

There was 4 people working and all were dealing with issues with customers. I can't imagine there is not one that is dedicated to people just paying bills or to buy accessories. I waited almost 25 min before I gave up and choose another store. All I wanted to purchase was a new phone case.
