Even though this is a deep discount store they take good care of their customers. I went to there store for an item listed in their ad. I was informed that the shipment was delayed for that item. They took my name and number and to let me to let me know when It came in. They were good at their word. It came in and they called me. They even set one aside for me. Their prices are very reasonable and their store does not look trashy.

We love shopping at Ollie's for the experience, and you can almost always find something you didn't expect, with awesome discounts. I can't give them 5 stars, based solely on the building itself being in pretty rough shape. The shelves and product is clean, so thats the important part. Just the floors and walls that have seen better days. Definitely not a reason to avoid it though.
