Was there yesterday very bad costumer service employees never said hi can help you nothing was in the store about hour price very high end up at Walmart got 2 pairs of boots for what I would paid for one pair there used be good store what happened i see why Walmart putting everyone out of business

Had a lot of boots that were on sale. I picked up a pair that said 70% off and when I got to the register is was only 50%. I went back and retrieved the boot and showed them it said 70% off. Instead of apologizing for the mislabeling the women, whom I assume was the lead on duty, just plainly said that “the tags are removable, so they don’t have to honor any price that is not in the computer because there is a disclaimer on the back stating just that”. I think is ridiculous that you’re going to get an attitdie with me because your merchandise is labeled wrong. And I did contact customer service as well because the price they sold them for and the price they advertised was a $24 dollar difference.

We were disappointed with the manager and her attitude. She was short, snippy and unaccomidating.
