The lady on the on the mic was very unprofessional. We asked what donuts were available she responded with “we have all donuts today” and the first donut we order we get a response “we don’t have those” super unfriendly had a lot of attitude. My thoughts if you can’t give proper service find another job to do. Would not recommend. FYI the menu did not show the donuts flavors like she explained. Poor explanation skills when we asked for the donuts available she listed it off so fast that we didn’t even understand it. Terrible experience
Love their breakfast sandwiches. But a lot of times, run out donuts fast, specially chocolate :(
Probably the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. The customer service was terrible and our food took too long. She forgot to give us straws and walked away, completely ignoring us. We tried her attention for about 4 minutes, but she ignored us. Then finally, she told someone else very rudely to go “see what these girls want.” Overall, just not a good experience.
Absolute worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. My orders are always messed up and staff’s customer service leaves much to be desired. Don’t waste your time here.
Inconsistent and rude told me I need to know how to order my cold brew shouldn't be white and watered down learn how to make a drink instead
