Alex J and Jason very helpful in helping us start a claim for our phone repair to fix a cracked screen. Excellent customer service! Not all US cellular stores are as focused on customer service as these two gentleman are. Great job Guys!

Dropped my iPhone and needed a new glass face. Walked into the store was greeted by very pleasant people and within five minutes I was in and out and got my phone fixed perfectly. Highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely horrified by how the customer service has changed in the last couple years.....went in because i broke my screen to ask where i vould get it fixed and this ignorant blonde woman told me to leave because she had other customers to attend to that they dont worry about broken phones in store.......then a couple days later my wife calls and the same darn lady told her to call 611 for her questions cause she was too busy to answer any of hers. I believe we both will be going to straight talk because this company is garbage now! Customer service my a**!!!!!

My complaint is not about the people or service at my store. I was charged a 2% fee for using a credit card for a transaction. I thought that practice was outlawed years ago when a lot of businesses used that tactic. Credit card use is common. The credit card user should not be punished or singled out for using a card. Any expense incurred from the use of credit cards should be factored into your budget. You need to stop that outdated practice. It could be viewed as discriminatory.
