The friend I was with was greeted enthusiastically and warmly and asked if he needed any help or was looking for something specific. I was completely ignored, standing right next to him. It was very clear it wasn't a greeting to us both. We were actually in there because I wanted to buy my first pair if Lululemon. Looks like I'll be doing that elsewhere.
Everytime I go here, the staff doesn’t seem that friendly expect for a few, and also the clothing selection is kind of low. I normally go out of the way to tysons or georgetown, since the staff is much nicer there.
Been here a few times and staff are always friendly. Smaller than other LL in the area, but customer service makes up for it. The Mosaic location is convenient with plenty of parking
Nice store, got various of sports cloths and winter wears. The price is quite high but it might worth of spend. I was there to browsers to get winter coat.
Didn’t exchange an item for me because the tag was cut. The shorts were too small. I explained that i didn’t even wear them and I needed different size. I had the tag with me.
