Merchandise quality is excellent. Cash register customer processing is fast. Lattes are too sweet. Merchandise spots are moved around too often. Dressing rooms would be nice. Great gas prices. Annual club fee is pricey. Good tire service section. I would like more men’s dress shirt selections that are not button down collar. Good self checkout machines. I like the Arundel Mills Maryland Costco. Excellent service for returning items.
Staff is nice and always helpful. Also, the staff seems to stay long time, which tells me that the company takes care of their people.nI usually am very satisfied with the prices and quality of my Costco purchases at this location.nThey also have a gas station with the prices about $.20 cheaper than nearby gas stations.
Good price and good quality are what Costco is known for. What is specific for this location is well organized and easy to find what I am looking for. Maybe because I get more familiar with it. One of my few complains is that it has stopped carrying organic soy milk for a year or more. I have to drive further west to the store at Sterling to get it..
It is, in fact, a Costco.
Costco is my go to store.
