Great sample design but customer service needs improvement. Recently got the house and sadly the kitchen needs some renovation. I checked some kitchen remodeling company near the area and found this company. So I called this number before checking the display in person. The guy who assisted me was very polite he accommodated all my questions. I proceed to the store and found some great designs but they were not available. The sales person took my contact details and promised to call me when the shipment arrives. I didn’t hear back for a few months. I called them back to check the availability and was surprised to find out, the stock has arrived few weeks back and they did not even notify me. I don’t think I can trust this company so I did not push through with their service.

I want to thank Sean and Selman for helping us out with our kitchen remodel. They handled everything with great respect and professionalism. Cabinets arrived on time and great product. We will definitely come back again for our next remodel. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Update on 4/5/2021: Emin(the owner) has reached out and is working with me to resolve the issues I have with my cabinets. I really appreciate that we are getting this resolved. He is also going above and beyond now to make sure it is done correctly. He is reaching out to the both the manufacturer and local cabinet finisher.nnOriginal Review:nnI bought Wolf Cabinets for my Kitchen and Master Bathroom in 2015. I had a few issues with the cabinets when I first got them (cracked corner, weak non-slam hinges) but for the most part they were repaired.nnI rented out my place the last 2 years, and of course they aren't as careful with your things as you might be, so I have some damage to cabinet doors and what not. I was wanting to order the Touch up kit for White and Dark Sable. I also wanted to get a quote for 2 new cabinet doors in case the touch up kit didn't work out. I called several times, a couple times leaving voicemails, but after my calls weren't returned over the course of a week, I finally just went into the store. I was asked to send pictures to the woman working the showroom so the Manager could reach out and talk to me about options. I went in and sent the photos on 3/24/2021. It is now 3/31/2021, and I haven't heard back. I have followed up twice and still nothing.nnI have also found some other issues where the finish on my Master Bath (Dartmouth Dark Sable) cabinets is just flaking off. I am not sure if there was something wrong when they sprayed the cabinets or if my tenants did something to cause it, but it is definitely concerning. I am not seeing the massive flaking take place in the kitchen on the Dartmouth White.nnThe most frustrating part of the unprofessional lack of response is that I am trying to get back to my tenants on their security deposit while also prepping my place to go on the market. Not being able to get a real answer to my options is delaying both of these things.

We were very pleased with USA Cabinets for helping build cabinets for our kitchen island. We received excellent advice on every aspect of our cabinets and are so happy with the final result.
