Yesterday I was helped in the children's shoe department by a young man named Alex. Alex was a perfect gentleman in every regards, and he did an impeccable job. He helped with every detail, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right product, that we were happy with it. One of the things that I appreciated the most about his level of customer service was how he was efficient without making me feel like he was rushing. He did everything quickly but also was very friendly and courteous. Wonderful job Alex. You turned around our entire experience.

My go-to place for children's shoes and clothing. They provide exceptional service, including measuring children's feet and ensuring kids are happy with a balloon. Nordstrom customer service can't be beat, and the Tysons location is no exception. They also have the most thorough safety protocols of any other store I've visited since the pandemic.

Used a personal shopper today. Looking for a specific dress for a specific event...Call Nordstrom's, request a personal shopper and bought a dress.nIt takes a lot of the busy work out of going back and forth to the dressing room.nnIt also helps to bring a friend who can sweep the floor of clothes with a really good eye. So glad I brought friends with to help in the process. My friend ended up choosing the dress I bought. The personal shopper actually made it more fun, more comfortable and personal.

I had an awesome experience at this location in the past just recently around Christmas when buy my wife some shoes. However, today's experience was mush different. We just want to ask a simple question about sizes available For a fairly expensive shoe, and got completely ignored.... What's messed up is F they had the available size we would have purchased said shoes..... Never judge a book by its cover this kind of practice can lose you commission..... I will call my shoe guy instead of coming here from now on....

This is the best Nordstrom in the DMV. I've been a cardholder for a few years, and always receive the most amazing service. In fact, last week, my fiancé and I walked into the suit shop and needed to find a suit for an event the next day. We only had 30 minutes to shop, and we were greeted by Ellen, who quickly identified a suit that would fit him. I asked if they would mind pinning the pants on the bottom so he could wear the suit the next day. Instead, Ellen brought a tailor into the dressing room and actually had him hem the pants in less than 10 minutes. We left with a brand new, TAILORED suit in under 30 minutes. The staff at this store is unmatched, and I will continue to shop there for everything.
