This is an amazing place with very friendly staffs! I went to sell a box of name brand clothes and a few pairs of shoes at the place yesterday. Different staffs smoothly assisted us during check-in and check-out processes.nnThey are so helpful, informative, and friendly. The acceptance rate is delightful as well. Their stylists apparently make fair and professional judgement. I enjoyed the whole experience there. And I would definitely recommend this location.
i had a mishap at this store where they missed to bag one of my clothing items. it was inconvenient to locate and retrieve with multiple phone calls back and forth. the problem is the store is 40 minutes away from my place. they finally found my clothing item and mailed it to me fast with a hand written apology letter. i truly appreciate the gesture! the customer service overall at the store was excellent, the staff are friendly and welcoming. i will definitely go there again and i already recommended it to friends in the area.
This store is great way better friendly than The one in Sterling. I think somehow the prices are higher now.
they say they only take brands like pacsun, ae, forever 21, h&m when half of the store had brands i’ve never even heard of or something a middle aged mom would buy. there’s really no point in selling there i waited over an hour for my clothes to be sorted and they took one thing, mind u there were 5 employees in the store. it’s honestly so embarrassing that i even went
