There are always plenty of staff around to help me. All the items are well organized and easily accessible. This store is very well run! Frederick the manager is very calm and collected and very knowledgeable. He is an excellent leader. I can tell he knows how to run the store.
This store meets my needs in several ways. Parking is convenient in the attached garage and I can walk into the store without getting rained on or slipping on ice. The store is clean and well organized with helpful, friendly people working there. I had to return an item and it was handled very easily. Arriving when the store opens is best, it's not crowded.
I don’t know why they call it two hour pick up or f it’s not ready in two hours?! I tried calling multiple times to speak to someone in the pick up department and no one answered the phone during the three minutes it rings before the system hangs up on you. I had to flag down a nice employee who looked into the delay in my order (which consisted of three items) and said there was a delay in the order processing team but she was not given a time frame on when it would be ready. I waited in my car for almost an hour waiting for this order and could not be given a time frame on when it would be ready. No one notified me nor did anyone answer the phone.
Food on the shelves is frequently expired so make sure you double check. Curbside is normally good but if they forget bags which they have done, it is impossible to contact them. Customer service either never answers the phone or answers and immediately hangs up. I love target but this is not a good one.
The busiest and most packer Target I’ve ever been to. Wanted to grab some candy before a movie quick but when I went to checkout, I was faced with a line of 30+ people (yes, literally 30 people in each line).nnWhere are the staff???
