I got my Medusa piercing here by Nigel and he was incredible. One of the best experiences I've had and extremely professional while also making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Nigel has been a piercer for 16 years and definitely knows what he's doing.
I came to the shop hoping to get my nose pierced, and was told “we can’t have minors inside right now”. I had my newborn in his car seat... it’s not like he’d be running around and getting into things. He was content and quiet. Somewhat ridiculous given his age, I could understand if he was any older than an infant. Lost my business.

Customer Service I received the first time I went back there was horrible from the female peircer. She had me wait for over a hour and then took people on front of me after making me call and wait outside.......I did call for a appointment so that still don't excuse the fact she took someone in front of me
