He is VERY kind even tho we had to pay 400$ just for 3 dresses he is very fun to talk with DEFINTETLY buying from him again!! (3 dresses for me, my sis,my mom for a wedding this sunday!!!)
The lacy Punam ( I think) was so helpful. I walked in now knowing what I wanted. And ended up walking out with a beautiful dress for prom. She took her time helping me and gave helpful suggestions. I 10/10 would recommend coming here if you need something formal
Bought a dress online for a friend’s wedding, and when it came it did not fit ( a week before the wedding). Shingar saved the day! Was there maybe 15 minutes and found the perfect one! Staff was super helpful and friendly! Thanks y’all!
I do not recommend these people!! My wedding was cancelled this year due to the pandemic so I no longer need a wedding dress. I went to them letting them know what was going on and the refused to give me my money back for my dress. I’ve already wasted tons of money for a wedding I couldn’t have and they weren’t nice enough or understanding enough to refund me for something that I never wore or even picked up because they were closed!! Shingar should have more sympathy for the ones that were supposed to have a wedding or prom but couldn’t! Never shop here!!
exceptional customer service! Ms. Dolly was very helpful and I was able to find my dress within 30 minutes. I would greatly recommend finding a dress for any occasion in this store.
