Bad Business.Brought rim and tire package paid cash ,3 to 4 week later felt a different ride in the car ,stopped buy nearest service station one tire had 36 psi and other one had 46 witch was low and cause the tires to ware. Come to find out it was the valve stems,so I call rim tyme and told them what was going on.They didn't even treat me like a customer guess cause I paid them in full ,they won't replace tires witch was there fault I mean if your going to charge 1500 dollars for some used rims and new tires the leased you could do is put in new valve stem on them he gone ask me did I request for them to do that, why should I have to common sense would tell you that if your dealing with rims someone else had,I wouldn't request them to my worst enemy, RIMTYME DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFTY!! I will be calling the better business bureau today
Out of hundreds of wheels on display, apparently only 2 sets were available for my 5x114, 2012 Civic Si. Lame AF. Had cash in my pocket ready to do business. What a shame.
If you’re in a last minute Emergency/Hunch go to RimTyme!! They will Work with you and have Excellent Customer Service!! The whole Staff is Amazing. Went there for a tire, they didnt have it, changed my Spare Free of Charge and ordered me New Tires!! Thank You Rim Tyme in Colonial Heights, VA
