Kalypso's is one of my favorite places to enjoy this summer , the food is amazing ud83dudc4f ,and the summer refresh is the perfect hot weather drink.nud83cudf78ud83dude00 Our server Lindsey was wonderful and the atmosphere of the patio and the lake was beautiful.!
Bring your patience! The food is good, the location is amazing, and the terrible service is what distracts from this being an awesome spot. Anything takes at least three times as long as it should. They either should hire more staff or train them better. I understand there’s the COVID factor possibly, but I’ve been to many places in NoVa that have managed to continue amazing, fast service with no issues, but this place will a long time to get anything to you..drinks, food, hostess, servers. Don’t come here expecting a quick drink or bite.
Would surely recommend eating here. Excellent atmosphere, tasty food, great customer service. They never disappoint.
Nice place to get a bite and a beer. If you're getting food there, go Greek with it, as the name suggests. I love the avgolemono soup a whole lot
Love the atmosphere with great view of the lake. The food is delicious!!!. We have enjoyed everything we order. We like that you get water as soon as you sit down. But unfortunately the wait time for placing our order was almost 10 minutes. Our desserts took a long time to come out. And we were never offered a refill on our drinks. The service could be improved but the food is amazing so we highly recommend for that reason.
