I'm glad McDonald's irritated me with technical issues between their app and my order because I rediscovered this Wendy's location I'd forgotten about. The ladies today I saw working were friendly, courteous, and were on their tasks like professionals. And yes food service industry has professionals. Thanks for the great service!! ❤ufe0f

I had the most wonderful experience at this location. The food was hot and fresh. The service was quick. The customer service was exceptional, which is what I ultimately think is most important with any retail/customer service/dining industry. From the moment Tanya took my order to the time I left, I felt like a person, not like an inconvenience to someone who didn’t want to be at their job. I wish there were more people like Tanya in the customer service industry, and I’m grateful that our Wendy’s has such a great asset to their restaurant! Her crew is lucky to have such a great leader!
