Poor customer service in their computer section. I sought help from an associate who was dismissive and did not make the slightest attempt to understand my needs and make appropriate product recommendation. Even if he was not familiar with the product, at best he should have sought assistance to ensure a good customer experience. I already shared by feedback with the store manager but I won't shop this location ever again. I encourage others to do the same.

Only visited for curbside pickup. The parking deck (the entrance is on 12th Street) is very narrow and winding but there is plentiful signage directing you to the curbside pickup location. They have an employee stationed there that will come over and walk you through the check-in process. I found this a little unnecessary but I suppose for some people it might be helpful. Service was pretty quick and parking for that short of a stint was free without validation despite the signage saying otherwise.

Store was clean. COVID safety protocols were in place. Good inventory for appliances. However I was in the appliance department shopping for refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers for 15 minutes before any employee asked if I needed help. By then I’d already taken photos, looked up items online, measured appliances that I liked and no longer needed any assistance.

I would like to express my experience while having my computer checkout. I must that this location has their safe distance in position to keep families and staff protected. Along with providing a nurturing environment filled with love, compassion and respectful staffs. My encounter with Mrs.Amber, I must say she definitely demonstrated professionalism to the upmost highest level . I loved how she made sure that all my concerns was met alongside her explaining details about what steps I should take into concentration. I just can articulate how much Mrs.Amber , Works in the Greek Department , has such a caring loving heart , respectful and a smile that lights the room up. I definitely can forget to mention that she works in the Computer Service Department. Also, Mrs.Danielle was very respectful , shown professionalism with the rest of the staff . The supervisor at that location is doing a phenomenal job with that team out there! I noticed , how the different department was helpful , smiling and willing to assist me. I must say that this location I do highly recommend! Awesome job! Best Buy Store#493
