We were Verizon customers, but not anymore! When we needed new phones, we decided to investigate options. The T-Mobile at 3211 Columbia Pike was close to home so we made it our first stop. Jenny welcomed us as we walked through the door and assisted us in selecting Android 11 Pixel phones with discounts and a great T-Mobile plan that included a free tablet when we ordered a line for it. She was so helpful and smart. WOW! Jenny convinced us we needn’t look any further! One phone was available immediately and the second Jenny got for us in three days. We are technologically impaired and Jenny moved data from old to new for us. As we waited we were impressed by how friendly and helpful the manager and staff were to all incoming customers. We wound up talking with other customers and everyone waved as customers left after being assisted. This was the absolute best new carrier and new phone experience we’ve ever had. We truly felt like we joined the T-Mobile family. Thank you Jenny! Thank you T-Mobile!

Went in to the store today which was a rainy Sunday and received the best service from the two experts there Toni the assistant manager and Elise were wonderful greeted me with a smile and instantly willing to help walked me step by step with the upgrading process and made me feel comfortable. The store became busy but they kept there professionalism and serviced each of us as if we were the only persons in the store flawless service the both of them I will be back and truly appreciate their service please acknowledge them they are the model for flawless customer service thanks again

This store has such good customer service! All the associates are always so helpful and make sure you are taken care of before you leave. I have gone to other T-Mobile stores and never get the help that I get from this store location!

Such a great store, had the best experience ever with the young lady named Valeria. She helped me transfer my information and answered all the questions I had about my phones and promotions. She was very patient, friendly, and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to buy my phones from her.
