These 4 stars are exclusively just for Gabby. Every other employee at this store looked down on me. I don't know if it's because I was chubby, or looked like I couldn't afford to shop there or what. But once again, like with two other locations I've been to looking to learn and buy my first pair, nobody was helpful or greeted me or my girlfriend when we arrived. I wanted an employee to educate me on the different leggings fabrics and actually participate in CUSTOMER SERVICE because shopping online before learning in-store is a bit overwhelming. Nope. Not until Gabby clocked in halfway through my visit was anyone helpful. She is also the only person with a sparkling and friendly personality, and more inclusive body shape and size to make more people comfortable shopping there.nnShe should be the example the management here goes by when staffing their store. I left having purchased a top and leggings and very satisfied. From now on, I will only be going to shop here when Gabby is working.

The staff here are really rude and snobby. I feel scared to even walk in here in fear of being judged - just really unpleasant and I’m sticking to buying online.

Terrible customer service and shopping experience. The sales associates paid no attention while I was asking for help/fitting room/etc. When I was finally helped the associate was rude to me acted like I was bothering her. She clearly did not care. Worst was that she was then kind and friendly to other customers - then rude to me again when I asked another question. It made me feel like there was something wrong with me. If you are going to spend $100 on a pair of yoga pants the employees should at least be nice and not make you feel bad about yourself. I won't shop here again.

Customer service needs work. Was never greeted and felt like a bother when I went to try something on. I noticed the other people in the store received assistance from staff and it made it very unwelcoming since my husband and I were the only brown people in the store.nnMy husband who is a veteran and an active first responder noticed the difference in interactions. He was also disappointed at checkout when conversation was short and a veterans discount was not mentioned even though it was Veterans Day and is something offered by Lululemon.
