As other reviews have noted, the carry-out and online ordering experience here is consistently bad. Since opening, the carry-out and delivery option has had significant delays (generally quoted over an hour and then always an additional 10-20min of waiting at the location beyond the quoted pick up time). Food is generally as expected, once or twice the order was mishandled but really the inefficiency and inability to quickly move the orders is the glaring problem.nnSit down service is fine and timely, so you have to wonder where the breakdown is....
I love this place very much. It has a very nice mood. The food is tasty. the service is effective and the waiters are courteous. The pay is honest. extremely recommend.
Service was absolutely terrible. None of my 6 person party orders came out correct. The food that did come out along with being incorrect was also completely cold. One of the people in my party never received his food. I myself ate a single wing but because it didn’t seem to be cooked I stopped. When we asked a manager if we were required to pay for the food that we did not want to eat she said the best she could do was give us a 25% discount after trying to charge me for another 10 wings that were never ordered or received. I would not come to this location
So much better than the one in Crystal City. It wasn't crowded at all. I hope they last. Nick was our server and he was great. Will be going there instead of C.C. Although it's down the street from my residence.
I am a doordash driver and I directly go to the girl working on the register and asked the food with the name I have. She replied the food is not ready and told me to wait outside disrespectfully. I went out and after a minute of waiting when I go back, she told me that she is working on other orders since I am outside. And told me to wait another ten to fifteen minutes. I was so annoyed with the two black girls working on the front desk. I am black but the restaurant should need to take action on this girls it’s frustrating otherwise. I will never go to that restaurant if i get orders ever doordash pays me million dollar.nThanks
