Hello, I would like to tell my experience in this place, the day of auer I went to dinner with my family, we decided to go to this specific place despite the review to give a chance to this place as it has an excellent location, but my experience was unfortunate, the waitress took the order at 9: 20 pm , 10 minutes later she brought the drinks 3 glasses of water and 1 beer , after that she did not show up again at any time it was 10 pm and at our insistence when we called her she showed up , we asked her what happened with the food and in a disrespectful way she looked at me and said that there were more tables , when the restaurant was at 30% capacity at that time , at 10: 20 another waitress shows up and tells us that the network is down and that we must wait more for the order because they had no system in the kitchen, the first waitress who served us, and tells the other waitress what is the problem? Incredible her question but so it was, they told us to wait more and we decided to leave, but not only did they make us wait an hour to not receive any food, without any apology the manager comes up and tells us that we still have to pay for the beer!
The two female hostesses had poor customer service skills. There was no line and I'm up front waiting to be greeted. They were having a personal conversation while I'm standing in front of them. If it wasn't for my server Alphonzo, I would have given 1 star. He had exceptional customer service skills. He was always stopping by to see if I was alright/needed anything. I noticed he was like this with all of his tables. He was on point.
Not sure what's going on with this store. I used to go all the time when I was still in the office before Covid locked everything down. I came in today, ordered some lunch, and as soon as my food was brought a member of the kitchen and a waiter started screaming at each other at the front entrance and tried fighting a few times. Most of the staff stood around or tried pulling the two off one another but even that's really not saying much. It's that kind of stuff that makes you roll your eyes on why you even bothered to come. There's literally nothing going on these days or that busy enough to fight about anything other than probably hurt egos. This store is starting to tank and it shows big time.
This is the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. The order I made is completely different from wat I received. I could have better cooked at home than wat I got. I called the stores 4 to 5 times. No response..
This BWW is the WORST! I’ve had issues in the past with poor service and customer service from them, but I figured delivery would be better since I don’t have to deal with anyone in the store. Wrong. I ordered boneless wings, fries, and sides of ranch dressing and literally NONE OF IT WAS CORRECT. The wings were a completely different flavor; the fries were the wrong size even though I paid extra for the bigger size; and they gave me bleu cheese instead of ranch dressing. Keep in mind that the order on the bag was exactly what I had ordered so this wasn’t a case of them just giving me someone else’s order. They just didn’t care what they put in my bag. And don’t bother to call, because no one answers the phone.
