Gorge Dog

Awful customer service. I went it to buy a durable, courduroy toy for my puppy. He’s a chewer and a has not yet demolished a similar toy. Because the store was “touch free” meaning that I could not touch the fabrics, the store employee recommended a toy. It’s was $24 and when I got home I realized that it was a much less durable and my dog chewed a hole in it in 10 minutes. When I went back the store with the toy, the same employee I talked to about 30 min prior acted like age didn’t recognize me and did not accept the toy for a return or offer me a discount for a different toy. I would rexpect more from a high-end, novelty shop in a small town. I’ll never go back. Boooooo

If you love your pets as family, or know someone that loves to receive those special gifts for their dogs, this is the place for you. It is a fun and well stocked store with many special items. It is small and cozy. You may find time just slip away. Many of my friend's with dogs shop here. Great staff.

The staff is so knowledgable. We left with more tools and goodies.
