My sister and I are preferred customers??? We were sharing an account, but because of security concerns had to close it. Now they have not been able to add my name back on the new account.nWe have had numerous emails and phone calls, but nothing has happened since December. Now they don't even answer their phone.
I had to wait in a long line only to be told that the lady couldn't help me because she didn't know what she was doing. The staff was extremely rude and clearly incompetent.
One of the worst bank experiences I have ever had. The staff is rude and has no idea how to do their job.
