Outstanding! Everything from the garlic knots to the lobster ravioli. The margarita was perfect too. Authentic Italian cuisine that you can’t find anywhere around here. Shout out to the employees that were working so hard to make sure everyone was happy. Excellent service and the food was excellent.

UpdatenWith all the covid-19 restrictions it is important to keep everyone safe, healthy and well fed. Dario's does all of that. Eat in or take out, big thanks to Elmer and staff.nWhat a great hidden jewel! Great food and service! Ok, so I have to admit that Dario's outside appearance reminds me of the Sopranos and the Bada Bing Club. The staff was very nice, helpful and courteous which is very rare to find in restaurants today. It was nice to see the Chef out and walking around the place also.nnThe food was all great. The fresh bread and real butter, the crisp salad and awesome balsamic dressing made for a nice start. I got Elmer's favorite, scallops on a bed of spinach with garlic oil pasta. AWESOME. the scallops were cooked perfectly and everything had great flavor. She got the chicken parmesan and enjoyed it also, very good flavor of the bite she allowed me to have.nnI got the cheese cake and it was awesome! Rich, creamy and oh so good. We had a great time, the staff and regular customers were all great. The food portion, quality and price was all great. The outside appearance and location may not be the best but everything inside is.nnTry Dario's, you will be glad you did if you know what I mean. Bada Bing!

I really love this place! The food is authentic, fresh and very good. The wait staff is professional, and very responsive. The prices are reasonable. I also love the music. A+++

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and the best chicken piccata around. Elmer and his staff welcome you with a big smile and friendly conversation the moment you step foot inside. The quality of the food and drinks are really top notch.

Nice homestyle hole in the wall kind of place. I forget the waitresses name on Thursday but she is a rock star. She bartender and served 4 or 5 tables alone and one of the tables was a party of 5 or 6. She was attentive and knew the menu. Very covid aware olace, they will ask you to sanitize your hands as you come in and to wear a mask. I got their old fashion, I actually had two it was so good. Started with the buratta cheese app, not impressed. I've ordered and have worked with buratta cheese frequently, and this cheese was either old buratta or a low quality version. It was very firm and buratta should be soft and wet. It's fresh mozzarella wrapped aournd the scraps or broken formless pieces of mozzarella. It was too bad the cheese didn't hit home because the rest of the presentation was great.nDinner, I had eggplant and meatballs. The eggplant parm is the thick cut skin on style, which I don't mind and it did taste great. The meatballs, are either so perfected I thought they were pre bought or they are pre bought. The meatballs are the soft 1.5 - 3oz meatballs. Pasta cooked perfectly. Great portions for the cost. Definitely worth a shot for the fact that it could be a gem in on the outskirts of Fitchburg
