Finish Line

Over the last two months I have purchased two pairs of shoes from this store. I have been pleased with my experiences and the prices. My last visit I was invited to join the rewards program and download the app for specials and coupons. Being that I have an eleven year old son who loves shoes I instantly joined. On a Sunday evening I found a pair of shoes that my son liked on sale. He needed a pair for basketball and I knew I could get them here quickly. I ordered the shoes Sunday night, they were delivered on a Wednesday- to his dads house. FOUR days later we were able to go pick up the shoes.... or should I say shoe SINGULAR. My son excitedly opened the box to find he only had one shoe. Immediately I called customer service. After taking some information from my receipt the customer service representative told me the shipping store realized their mistake and the shoe would arrive the next day- Monday. Upon hearing this I questioned why no one had called me yet. If they realized the mistake FOUR days later why didn’t anyone call me? The customer service representative hung up on and..... today is Wednesday, it’s 8pm and I still have NO SHOE! I will never purchase shoes from Finish Line again! Since ordering this pair of shoes I have had to go buy ANOTHER pair for his basketball games. This experience has cost me time and money I don’t have.

Put on hold several times in a row, couldn’t talk to men’s shoe sales person to check on availability because they’re to busy giggling and joking with each other.

Expensive fr. Nice shoes tho. But it's pricey. Won't lie.

There was an excellent employee, Tara, that helped me tremendously.

When I walked in and started to look around the person on shift didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Didn’t even ask me if I needed help with any sizes or anything so I walked out. I will never shop at that finish line
