I have been to a few different VA's, across a few different states. . . This is by far the best one I had the pleasure of going to for a few years. Prompt with their appointment scheduling. Dr. Ardmore and her staff in dental did an amazing job, and their level of care made me feel at ease during a very rough period in my life. Can't thank them enough.

Very good and professional staff. Quality care from everyone thats examined and treated me. It's difficult to say enough good things about the facility and staff. They're great. Thank God for them.

I have insurance that would allow me to have any primary care doctor. I switched to VA a number of years ago and am happy that I did. The care and concern has been the best.

Unfortunetly my biggest mistake was going to the VA. 100 percent convinced their doctor was doing his best to kill me. Never listen to a thing I said, changed all six of my medications at once without checking for possible reactions. When I did show signa of serious side effects and called numberous times, that yahoo never even bothered to call back. Sad that Vets who have dedicated their lives in defense of this great country have to be burden with this substandard medical care. An embarressment to the nation.

Veteran care here is top notch. One of the best rated VA Hospitals, and its obvious. Having received care at multiple VA hospitals, this one stands out. Staff cares (most of them anyways, they are humans). Treatment is prompt and accurate.nnSure, the facilities are old. The Cooper drive site is from the 70's, and the Leesetown site is from the 30's. They do what they can to keep them up and clean.
