Customer service is absolutely detestable. This place is a group of parts store clerks with a know it all, smart-a attitude who don’t even realize most of their customers probably know more than them when it comes to their vehicles.
Staff was very helpful. Knowledgeable about the products. And pulled my items for me and ,asked if they could do anything else to help me out..
The products are fine and the staff is usually knowledgeable. Prices are high but not outrageous. My beef is with the customer service. Some of the worst in Juneau. Never a smile when you walk in. Generally not friendly interaction. I always feel like I'm an annoyance to them rather than the guy walking in with the wallet. Not once have I been thanked after completing a transaction, which always involves me giving them money. I often walk out of there gritting my teeth because of the disrespectful treatment.nnThis has been consistent there for years, obviously tolerated by management. NAPA is usually my last resort.
Helpful and good customer service.
Not where you want to go shopping for auto parts if you want any help.their staff is become accustomed to catering the other businesses and commercial needs more so than the individual. If you have a question my advice don't ask.
