If I could give zero stars I would. Pushy! I bought items. Tried to return them the next day and they would not take them back. Fought with them for a year. At one point they wanted me to return the items and not receive any refund - ha! The cruise line was no help - they must be in on the dishonest racket
CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS: don't trust the salesman. If you buy anything, check your paperwork and make sure everything is right. From my sad experience, this is a very shady dis-honest company. I would NEVER recommend this them.
Very pushy and generally trying to rush you! We just wanted to browse, and not be bothered constantly. I believe this shop is managed or owned partially by one of the cruise lines that frequent the Juneau port. Don’t except good service or anything authentic. Nice quality finer jewelry, in a pushy sales environment.
The way cruise lines promote these shops is absolutely repulsive. These shops pay thousands of dollars and a percentage of revenue to the cruise lines in order to be promoted. It is borderline elder abuse that preys on the gullibility of a more trusting generation.
This was one of the best stops on our cruise. Marsalis {from Orlando} was the friendliest and neatest people we met. We are also from Florida so really enjoyed talking to him.
